Close to the urban centers of Durango and Iurreta, 5 minutes by car or 20 walking. The property is set in a very discrete rural plot, occupying part of the ground floor of a stone house with south views. The area, Goiuria road is very quiet and safe. At the top of Goiuria there is a magnificent restaurant, large bar, with large terrace and views. Durango is a well organized, clean population, with excellent facilities and maintenance, with an old part and river that crosses the population. All kinds of shopping centers (5 minutes away from home) and businesses from all sectors. Located in a smooth valley and surrounded by natural parks and mountains a few km away, it is practically 30 minutes by car or bus from Bilbo. 50min to Gazteiz through a nature reserve landscape.
