The Loft benefits with a fully equiped Kitchen, bathroom, living area and sleeping area plus the terrace (table and chairs and two loungers). You can relax in the green area if you wish. The entrance is independent. Parking space in the property. The water is perfectly drinkable. You can use the hose to clean your car if you wish. Dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, kettle, pots, pans, mini ironing board ..... Iron, hanger, hanger heated towels, towels (even beach on request at no extra cost), bedding and paneling including appliances washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceran hob, extractor, TV and tassimo. Drive to the urban core of Durango that offers all kinds of shops, services and restaurants. 25min walking time. 15min by bike and its not right to say but the option I most frequently use is the car (the hacked excuse of the rain ....). There is a bus and train station in durango serving all the basque capitals and many towns. 5 min from house to the main road and motorway access. There are plenty of hiking excursions routes in the area. Lots of mountains and natural parks to visit plus 3 basque cities and breathtaking coast excursions visiting ancient fishing villages and surfing beaches. I am happy to suggest routes, excursions and places to visit. The best thing is that the Basque country is really small so you have enough time to visit your prefered places and spots without rushing.
Only 5 min drive to Durango urban center. Many Hypermarkets and all sorts of services, shops and restauration options available. The property is set in a very discrete rural plot. The Loft occupies the whole top floor of this stone traditional basque house with east-west and south views. Iurreta-Durango is Located in a smooth valley surrounded by natural parks and mountains. Only 25 min away from Central Bilbao. 50min drive to San Sebastian and 30min on top for Iparralde (French Basque country). Beaches at 30min drive. Being Euskadi a very small community, but with many contrasts and a steep orography, access to preferred places via secundary roads its really enjoyable. Lots of things to do an see. Beach and Mountain. City and forest. Great food and lots of local wine called Txakoli.
